Sharing good practice with the aim of making our communities safer, together.

ASB Good Practice Summit 2023

October 12th 2023, 10:30am - 12:30pm

Making our communities safer, together.

Join us for this essential ASB online summit for a chance for us to unite as a housing sector and share some of the innovative approaches, research, policy and practices in Welsh housing surrounding ASB.

Time and time again we are reminded as a sector of the devastating impact of ASB on tenants and communities in Wales, despite the hard work of landlords to tackle tough situations in our communities.

In our 2022 Annual Survey of tenants in Wales, ASB was ranked as the number 1 thing tenants would change about their community with 15% of tenants reporting a desire to want to move due to experiencing ASB in their community.

So, how can we tackle ASB in our communities together? What’s next for the sector?

Join us to hear from a range of expert speakers from across the sector who will share various approaches, strategies and experiences from across Wales.

As landlords and tenants across Wales report record-high incidences of ASB among their communities, together, we’ll hear the latest on how we can work together to keep all communities in Wales safe, happy and cohesive.
