Our latest Tenant Pulse Survey is the biggest we have ever done.

This had the largest response rate to date for Tenant Pulse with nearly 800 tenants social housing and private renting tenants. We were delighted to have a wide demographic of tenants, including a notable uplift in younger private renters responding

We have arranged this free lunchtime briefing on the day of the launch of the report and it will give you an overview of the key findings and a chance to give your views.

This survey acts as a barometer of how tenants are feeling about their homes and community. It was designed to support tenant groups, landlords, policy makers and Welsh Government in responding to this valuable tenant insight.
