With the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) 2023 emphasising affordable warmth, there’s never been a better time to get up to speed on what new heating solutions have been tested and what landlords are implementing.

TPAS Cymru is here to help - This in person session will guide you through the essentials of Net Zero homes, WHQS, the technologies involved, lessons learnt so far along with up-to-date tips on getting tenants engaged in decarbonisation.

Terms and conditions

• Written confirmation by email  is required for all cancellations.  Bookings cancelled  before the date of 25th January 2025 will be refunded. No refunds will be processed after this date.
• Registered delegates who do not attend the event will be liable for payment in full unless written communication is received by the cancellation date of 25th January 2025
• If you are unable to attend, you can send a substitute delegate at no extra cost.  All substitute delegates must be notified to [email protected].If substitute changes are made after the cancellation date, we cannot  guarantee we will be able to meet any specific needs, e.g. dietary. Do contact us beforehand to check.
• Once we have received your cancellation, we will forward you a confirmation of your cancellation.

• We aim to make sure that the courses and events run as planned. However, there may be times when, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have to cancel the course or event. Should this be the case we will give you as much notice as possible. If you have already paid for the cancelled course or event we will transfer your booking to a rescheduled date or give you a full refund if this option is not possible.  We will not refund any costs you may incur as a result of the cancellation.
