Emma Parcell (Chair)


Emma joined board in 2017 and she is an active Pobl tenant living in Swansea and chair of Pobl Insights.  Emma graduated with a 1st class (hons) housing studies degree in 2021.  Champion of disabilty rights and ensuring tenants voices are represented and heard within the housing sector.

Les has extensive experience of working in all aspects of social housing in Wales and England. He has worked in both Local Authority and Housing Association settings starting off as a housing officer and rising to a senior level. Amanda Lawrence (Vice Chair)


Amanda is a tenant with Newydd HA, and is part of their award winning tenant scrutiny team, helping to create better policies and structure within. She is passionate about the rights of all tenants, private, council and association; believing that all tenants should have equal and fair protection, while also considering landlords and current legislation.  Read more....

I am a member of Linc Cymru's Tenant and Resident Scrutiny Group (TRSG), a group that scrutinises and helps shape the organisation's policies to provide better services. I work in the Development Team at Taff Housing. I have a first degree in Housing Studies with further studies around the built environment.
